2. Service description

Artifact is a research and synthesis tool that helps you ingest sources, extract facts, and generate outputs. We provide the platform; you own your content.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or generate using Artifact. We do not claim ownership of your projects, facts, or outputs.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Artifact to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Abuse the service (excessive automated requests, scraping)

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Artifact is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
